okay let me start with this, i was able to sit at a table plug my phone up and take my brother and sister to the restroom before my mom was able to be helped at the cash register. once we got the order in, me and my mom went to get salsa, but the salsa bar was DISGUSTING and out of little bowls. we went to the counter to get salsa & the girl looked at us and did come. after that she came to us ask what we needed, got it then gave it to the people in the drive thru... all and all the food was pretty good. as long as you they get your order right.(which they didn't get mine right) and to top things off 1.there was no lids for the to go cups. & 2. the trash was over flowing onto the floor.

This is the worst Bueno in 4 states. They take FOREVER and the order is almost always wrong. I could have driven to Taco Bell 11 miles away and been back in the time it's taken these people to make one taco and one burrito. I might add it's like 8 pm so it's not a peak time, this place just sucks.
Update: this place STILL SUCKS ASS. I thought I'd try one more time since I was in the area. Been waiting 20 mins for 2 burritos, people are getting pissed and leaving, the drive thru people are starting ram each other to get out the line, pretty sure I'll see a fist fight before long. Please Taco Bell come to Glenpool!!! -

You can believe the extraordinarily low ratings, this Bueno is a disappointment and prime for a robotic take-over as soon as they develop a robot that can squirt refried beans, pretend-cheese sauce, rice and some form of meat onto aged tortillas. But the food ingredients are somewhat typical of the Buenos and the Bells of the world, this location really gets down in the wheel ruts on service, quality . . . . dare I say 'assurance,' accuracy and speed. In less than an hour no fewer than three inside dining customers had to check the status of their orders after extended delays.
It's on a fairly busy commercial corner near a major highway and at 5:30 p.m. there were seven or eight customers in the dining room and virtually no line in the drive-through. Yet you would have thought the kitchen was preparing meals for an infantry battalion.
I'm sure the order taker was doing the best with what he was equipped to offer, but the stoic demeanor, expressionless face, and mumbling speech didn't instill customer confidence.
I've located the next closest Bueno several miles away and when I need another Bueno fix, it will be with another location as this one needs a serious re-make. -

We waited 40 minutes.... for 2 salads & 3 bean burritos.... when asked, they didn't have our order... they'd lost it. 3 orders ahead of us left because of the ridiculous wait. Absolutely horrible. Will never return. Can't review food, as it never materialized.

Brought my 78 year old Dad here. Was fast, fresh and pretty good stuff, the cost was low and quality was okay for fast food Tax Mex. He loves it more than me, but just making him happy with such a yummy thing. Happy to share it with him.
